Classes are set by date and time and can include multiple daily sessions. Each session can be scheduled in multiple locations and even have multiple instructors. Conflict checking is woven throughout to efficiently watch for resources in use. The courses can also be grouped into fully linked curriculums with attached tests and competencies.

An instructor's availability is checked as assigned - with multiple instructors able to be linked to each class and session. Holidays can be preset and additional checks are also made as to location availability. Maximum class size limits the number of students that may be enrolled in a class. When a class is full, or in cases where a class is no longer offered, the program allows the class to be closed out. Closed classes remain in the system for historical purposes. All listings of classes, courses and curriculums are unlimited and full reporting is included for quick detailed and summary reporting.
